With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds with futons there's plenty of space for all guests. Enjoy the spacious living rooms with a sofa bed and murphy bed for additional sleeping options. Three full bathrooms ensure everyone stays comfortable. Experience the magic of Granby Ranch or take a short drive to Winter Park or Grand Lake - we are nestled perfectly between them. House trained and well behaved dogs are welcome, maximum of 2 with a $50 additional pet fee. A rental agreement is required with every booking. Cleaning fee is $235 per booking.

Hi! We're a Colorado family who loves spending time in the mountains. After years of visiting, we purchased this home as a place to gather and enjoy all four seasons that Granby Ranch has to offer. We love to share the home with guests when we're not using it ourselves and take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay. Whether you're visiting for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golf, or simply relaxing, we hope you'll enjoy the home as much as we do.
